My EPUB Book Cover does not appear

I wrote my first book using IBook SAuthor and found the program to be very easy to work with.

The only problem I am having is with my book cover (Title Page). I created a Title page complete with a background image and foreground text. The Title page looks great.

However, when I export the book as an epub and then open it up in my e-reader, everything shows up except for the cover (Title Page). The first thing I see when I open it up in my e-reader, is the first Chapter and its text. Wht=y am i not seeing the title page first?

SAny idea of what I am doing wrong?
